Xtreme HD IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can report suspected infringement, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and how we respond.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material available through our website or services infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice to support@xtremehdtvs.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example the channel name, title, URL or stream identifier).
  4. Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices that do not include all of the elements above may not be actionable.

Our Response

When we receive a complete notice, we will review it promptly. Where appropriate, we will remove or disable access to the material identified and, where possible, notify the affected user.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to support@xtremehdtvs.com that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after forwarding it to the original complainant, unless they tell us they have filed a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
